Prime Minister Carney’s Constituency Office Participates in the Winter in Brrrhaven Festival and Chili Cook-Off

The Constituency Office of the Rt. Hon. Mark Carney celebrated, alongside over 500 families, at one of Barrhaven’s most popular annual community traditions: the Winter in Brrrhaven Festival, hosted at Larkin Park in Nepean, the Prime Minister's riding.

The festival featured the annual Barrhaven community chili cook-off, with an entry from the Prime Minister's Constituency Office serving its own signature chili recipe alongside a diverse group of ten local chefs, small businesses, organisations, and residents, alongside the office's merchandise.

From skating and sleigh rides to hot chocolate and campfires, the event brought together families, neighbours, and local businesses and organisations for a day of community bonding.

Events like the Winter in Brrrhaven Festival reflect the federal government’s continued commitment, under Prime Minister Carney, to building stronger, more connected communities where families are supported and neighbours can come together in shared spaces across Nepean and Canada.
